About payment
You can choose to pay the tour fee by credit card or cash.
Credit card payment method
Credit card payment is only possible for online reservations. Please choose from two types: VISA and Mastercard.

If you do not select credit card payment, please pay the fee in cash on the day of participation.
Cancelation fee
Please see the cancelation fee below.

If we have to cancel the tour on the day we can’t refund transport fee. Sorry.
- Depends on your condition (Sick, injured, drunk etc…) we can’t let you on board.
- We normally raft when raining but if we decide it’s too dangerous to go we will cancel the tour. In case of such we will give you full refund. (Transport fee not included)
- Depends on the amount of water or weather condition we cancel the tour.
In case of such we will give you full refund. (Transport fee not included) - This activity is outdoor sports with nature. Please inform that there are some risks.
