About payment

You can choose to pay the tour fee by credit card or cash.

Credit card payment method

Credit card payment is only possible for online reservations. Please choose from two types: VISA and Mastercard.

If you do not select credit card payment, please pay the fee in cash on the day of participation.

Please see the cancelation fee below.

Cancel 7-4days before the tour	We will charge 30% of the tour
Cancel 3-1days(until 18:00) before the tour	We will charge 50% of the tour
Cancel after the above	We will charge 100% of the tour

If we have to cancel the tour on the day we can’t refund transport fee. Sorry.

Depends on your condition (Sick, injured, drunk etc…) we can’t let you on board.
We normally raft when raining but if we decide it’s too dangerous to go we will cancel the tour. In case of such we will give you full refund. (Transport fee not included)
